With the holding of the corporate culture knowledge competition, the relevant activities of Qingdao Hicorp Group's January "Corporate Culture Promotion Month" have come to a successful conclusion. The "Corporate Culture Promotion Month" activity in 2025 was launched on February 5th, aiming to deepen the recognition and practice of global culture among all employees. This corporate culture knowledge competition is a comprehensive test of the previous review and learning of corporate culture.

On March 1st, the final of the 2025 Corporate Culture Knowledge Competition of Qingdao Hicorp Group was held in the multifunctional hall of the group headquarters. Chen Xiuyan, Deputy General Manager of the Group, representatives of middle-level cadres, and employee representatives participated in this event.
This competition is divided into two stages: the preliminary round and the final round. The preliminary competition kicked off in late February on a company by company basis, and all employees responded enthusiastically and actively participated in answering questions, creating a strong corporate culture atmosphere. After the preliminary competition, eight representative teams from Saite Global, Global Heavy Industries, Qingdao Putian, and functional departments of the group have emerged from the encirclement and advanced to the finals.
The finals took the form of on-site competition, which was divided into three parts: team must answer questions, team scramble to answer questions, and subjective question discussion. The questions covered Single choice question questions, multiple choice questions, judgment questions, blank filling questions, etc. The contents included the company's development history, cultural philosophy, Chairman's Conversation Record, business management, system processes, and other aspects, so as to enable the players of each team to fully demonstrate their familiarity and understanding of corporate culture in the competition.
The players from each team fully utilized their proficient knowledge of corporate culture, answered fluently, and won applause from the audience. The team must answer section, where each team randomly selects a topic, and contestants use their memorization to accurately answer, demonstrating their solid foundation; In the team quiz section, the contestants were full of energy, calm and confident, quick to react, agile in thinking, and actively answered the questions; The subjective question discussion section is the most challenging, with the main players from each representative team competing on the same stage, improvising and fiercely competing, taking the atmosphere of the scene to a new height. The judges score based on the depth, logic, and practical application of the answers.
After more than an hour of competition, the Smart Victory Vanguard team from Saite Global took the lead and won the championship; The future vanguard of Global Heavy Industries won the second prize, and the intelligent team leader won the third prize.
Chen Xiuyan, Vice General Manager of the Group, gave a concluding speech, fully affirming the outstanding performance of each participating team and sharing her own understanding of corporate culture with case studies. Mr. Chen pointed out that corporate culture is not just a slogan or a memorized topic, but is reflected in every detail of daily work. A company can survive for one year by luck, run for ten years by management, and to establish a long-lasting business, it can only rely on culture. This year marks the 59th anniversary of the Global Group, and next year will mark the beginning of its 60th anniversary.
