Hicorp Held Training Activities of Marketing & Purchasing on Mid-Autumn in 2016
 
The training activities of marketing and purchasing were held at No.500 meeting room on 19th Sep (Lunar Calendar 19th Aug) in 2016. A total of 72 related marketing and purchasing personal attended this training who were from each division and branch company.
This training was including four aspects such as learning and communicating the tenets of “New Height, Heartfelt Service”; how to issue and manage invoices after sales tax changed to value added tax; PPT making skills and procurement negotiation skill, etc.
 
The Vice-general Manager Yi had made training mobilization, he stressed the important meanings of “New Height, Heartfelt Service”. The Director Zhang Kun of CMT-Hicorp Textile Machinery combining with the star-service system, customer reception and visiting , accessories sales process, internet plus service system and other contents, from the aspects of “ Refinement, Refinement, More Refinement” and “Specification, Specification, More Specification”, shared the star service system, expressed the detailed implementation method of service tenets and unity of knowledge and action from the aspects of “New Height, Heartfelt Service”, Director Zhang explained  the profound theories in simple language with detailed information, and make everybody to have deep understanding for the service tenets of “New Height, Heartfelt Service”.
The Director Ji further explained the meanings of “New Height, Heartfelt Service”. The Sales Managers of each branch company and divisions participated and interacted actively, shared the recognization and understanding, and discussed the further step.
 
The tax and financial issues should be paid more attention after the combination of VAT replacing business tax, the Financial Manger Ding Yu combining with the reality, analysized the influence on manufacturing enterprises caused by VAT replacing business tax, guided the trainees to master the points of knowledge of VAT replacing business tax, especially the notes for receiving and accounting for the invoices after VTA replacing business tax, leaded the marketing and purchasing people to enrich financial and tax knowledge, to take the advantages of VAT reasonably, to maximize the service for enterprise development.
          
To enhance the ability of computer application of marketing and purchasing employees, and express good Hicorp image to customers, introduce the company products and culture, the Director of Information Center Meng Xianlong focusing on the training of PPT skills, starting from why to make PPT, he mainly shared the common used business PPT design principles and skills, so everybody had a comprehensive understanding of the PPT design, and also laid the foundation for the future PPT design of  product and technical communication.
Arounding the requirements of the purchasing and marketing personnel, the Director Pang Ling of Price Control Center, combing with the price and purchasing preparation, purhasing standarizing procedures, procurement for the best, procurement from the original resources, combined with specific cases, shared the procurement negotiation skills.
Through training, further improved the professional theory knowledge and comprehensive qualities of the purchasing and marketing employees from each branch company,  opened the trainees minded and consolidated the good foundation for further work.
